All account logins, payment details and transaction history are encrypted using SHA-256 protocols. Your DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS credentials are never stored on our servers.

Data Retention

We keep account records for seven years post-closure for audit compliance. Personal data (name, phone, address) is purged after three years of account inactivity, unless legal hold applies.

Forgotten password? Use the 'Recover Account' button on login, verify via SMS to your registered number, and reset within minutes. Two-factor authentication is optional but we encourage it.
